Avoid this company at all costs. HR scheduled an 1.5 hour interview. I spent 1 of these hours talking to HR and the CEO before engineering team came in to do tech assessment. Engineering folks Inform me there are 3 challenges and we’ll spend an hour on each. This is odd to me since I was told to set aside 1.5 hours for the whole interview, Not 4+ I inform them after the first challenge that I must leave due to prior obligations. The interview ends at this point. This is bothersome to me as one of the main reasons I was reluctant to get excited about this company was the poor Glassdoor reviews where people state numerous organizational and transparency issues as major negative problems with Medley. This major mistake highlights to me that there are in fact numerous organizational problems with this company. And you can expect these lessons to be learned on your back. I wasn’t even an employee yet and they found ways to ruin the experience for me. Be very ware of this company. Consider this position only as a last resort.
