The recruiter set up an interview which she came unprepared to. Read my resume in front of me and had clearly done no preparation. She was more interested in me not having a bachelors than any experience I had. Barely asked any questions and said that she thinks that I need a bachelors to get this role, which would have been helpful to her to read my resume before setting up an interview. She then sent a calendar invite for an interview with the hiring manager - no email to check my availability, no information of who I was interviewing with, just a real lack of caring. I then interviewed with the hiring manger who was great and asked good questions. After 3 weeks I got an automated message from Medidata saying I wasn't what they were looking for - no email from the recruiter. They should really work on this process because after meeting the recruiter I didn't even want to work there because she had no idea what she was even hiring for.
