Typical meet with the recruiter and then an interview with the supervisor. I was told by the recruiter I would hear back from her regardless of the decision made. After my interview with the supervisor, he informed me that I would hear back in the next week or two. When three weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, I sent an email following up. I got a quick response (within 10 mins) saying I would be emailed the next steps by the end of the week. I never received anything. Highly disappointing as a generic turn down email could have been sent when I reached out instead of beating around the bush.

First, you will receive a call confirming your interest and interview. You will then be invited to an interview a few days later where you will be interviewed by a few people.
