McKinsey’s Solve assessment is honestly a smart innovation. It feels like a more modern way to test baseline problem-solving, pattern recognition, and decision-making than the usual “gotcha” tests. What I appreciated most is that it seems designed to check the minimum requirements in a practical way, not just reward memorization or people who have seen the same question format before. The experience was also well-structured and engaging. Overall, I think it’s a strong step in the right direction for early-stage screening.
