I applied online early March 2022 and after a few days I received an email to set a 20 minute phone discussion. This consisted of a discussion on position interest and the organization. I was then told my answers would be forwarded to the director and if favorable, I would interview with her and another HR team member. Very nice conversation I may add. After approx. 5 days, I was deemed successful to move onto the next round. They then scheduled me for a video interview. The interview was a combination of situational and behavioral questions. I was very thorough & transparent. All went well to my knowledge, I even had a few questions pre-written, they answered them and I was sure this would be a go. After a few more days, I received a rejection email. I will say that their process is pretty fast for such big employer. On the other hand, given their interest in me, I am not sure why I got rejected but hey everything happens for a reason!
