Interview
One is expected to 'audition' by massaging the Manager or Lead Therapist. It's usually a 15-20 minute massage or facial to let them know your skill set. Once that is completed, the Manager or Lead Therapist fills out a form rating your performance based on Massage Envy standards.

Applied online and a few days later received a call from the owner. Interview went well and everyone was nice. I have had experience working with the company so it made for an easy transition. The owners of the Greenville locations (Pelham, Verdae, and Downtown) are so personable and I enjoyed meeting them both. So far I have had a great experience working for such caring people.

Interview
Scheduling the interview was easy and convenient, submitted all the info online through their website and received a call the next day requesting an interview setup. They worked around my schedule to arrange. Arrival was a warm welcome, met with the manager, nice and friendly, discussed work details and was able to ask all questions without pressure. Took a tour in the spa and met with other staff, all friendly.

Very quick and professional. They did a face to face interview and then a hands on practical. They got back to me very quickly and promptly. They were able to get me working in a very short amount of time!
