Face to Face with Manager. Detailed question and Answer session about the job placement. Company overview given. Tour of facility, Expectations gone over in detail. Very friendly but professional atmosphere.

Tell them an positive instance where we made a difference while working.
I started with a practical interview which included preforming a 30 minute facial on real client of there’s. Another esthetician sat in the room and watched me. I was moved on to the second interview round which was verbal.
Well the interviewer wrote on the back of the
resume I gave them through out the interview. Overall they asked about my experience, and told me what they were looking for.
Easy interview process, nice people. They were flexible with my time. Make sure they have a large member amount
you don't get paid when not with a client. Good for new to the industry Estheticians.
