Interview
The interview process was a bit lengthy as the duration was 4 months. I experienced 5 interview over the 4 months. All interviews were prompt and a pleasant experience. I thought the interviews provided a great opportunity for both parties to learn about each other and I can appreciate that MMC takes the time to find the right person.
Interview at the start was quick, within application, HR reach out for a screening interview and scheduling interview with hiring manager.
Hiring manager interview was done in the next week. and there has been no update since and has been 1 month since last interview.

What are your experiences that can help you in this role
Lengthy - several rounds and business plan process, meet with several levels of organization and individuals you would work with. Not challenging questions for behavioral questions. Several discussions along the way.
around 4 months ago, i received a call from the inhouse recruiter, didnt agree on a time yet as i mentioned i needed to check on my calendar. and then became unreachable. tried to contact her again via several other methods but no use. It was unprofessional
