The interview process was a month long with an initial interview with HR, second interview with hiring manager, panel, and final. The questions were fairly specific and went beyond the STAR method of behavioral interviews. Everyone was very nice throughout the process and HR kept me very informed throughout the process.

I applied online for major projects project manager position at the Texas City Refinery. The recruiter reached out in a few days to go over the screening questions, salary expectations, etc. Then they contacted me in 30 days to set up an in person interview with their leadership team at the refinery.

Very thorough and thoughtful with difficult questions. Sometimes people werent that personable and seemed to be trying to prove me wrong. Seemed very beaurocratic at times. Overall a good experience and better than most industries
