Hiring is based on employee referrals or if you are friends or acquaintances of management. No questions asked. No experience required. Training was done by a senior employee who was not trained to train. They never took an employment application. They did have me fill out paperwork requirements for with holdings (W-4, etc.)

Called in , met with manager, called back for 2nd interview, met with mgr and owner right at front desk. Somewhat unprofessional interview in my opinion. Asked questions that I know are illegal during an int.
