Interview
Met with a group of brilliant employees who were very personable and passionate about their roles. The interview was very thorough, professional and transparent. In the end, I was not the best fit but I am grateful for the opportunity granted to me. The HR manager and hiring manager were great. I recommend this company to anyone who is driven, tech savvy, a person that wears many hats and dedicated to work with a growing company . Good luck and congratulations to the person hired for this role.

Interview
Interview process took a couple of weeks. I applied online and the HR manager got in touch with me. I had a brief discussion with the HR manager. After that, I had a technical phone screen with someone from the team. The telephone interview was very good. The interviewer was very professional and told me a bit about the company after he had asked me some technical questions.
After the positive feedback, I was asked to visit the company to meet the team. The interviewing panel included a couple of engineers and a couple of people from higher management. This was the entry-level position and the interviews were fairly easy. All of them mostly based on the system/database design and thought process/problem solving. In total I was only asked a couple of language/framework specific questions.
Overall, the interview experience was great! I was hoping to get an offer but I was rejected with the reason that they were looking for more experience. This was quite surprising for me as the position was perfectly in line with my skills and experience. I later checked the position description and found out that they had completely changed it to match a profile having about 4-5 years of experience.
Having experienced that, I still think that the team was very professional. And I really appreciate the HR manager. She (I am not sure if we can name any names here but her last name resembles to an american car company) is one of the finest and most professional HR person I've ever seen. She was very prompt with the follow-up and responding to the emails and made sure that I have a smooth process.
