I applied online. Within a week, I received an email to come in for an interview. The interview went fast and easy. The questions that were asked were general interview questions. The interviewer was focused on whether or not you have the potential to do the job.

I was interviewed by one woman, then she passed me on to another woman interview me after her and after that I was offered the job. The questions were fair and tough.

When was the last time you made an impact in someone's life?
The interview process was not that hard. It consisted of a phone interview the a in person interview the following week. The questions they asked were not to hard or serious. I ended up getting a call back later that day with a job offering?
