Interview
I was first interviewed by a manager, who then brought in a director, and then an HR person. A tentative offer was made and I was asked to do a drug screening test. They called me back about a week later to offer me the job and to come in for a brief training session.

Asked about previous supervision experience - how many and for how long.
The interview was behavioral. They asked about my previous experiences related to the position I was applying to. They also asked about my leadership experience. Overall, it was a simple process.
This role is easy yet challenging, requiring you to step up your game, but it’s achievable overall. Excellent communication skills are essential, with a preference for English, though not mandatory. Please practice thoroughly before the interview.

Nice interview process. Super interesting & good questions being asked. Very easy process but the pay was not great for the responsibilities. The pay could be better for everything they’re asking to take on.
