Interview
Asked about my teaching style, interests, thoughts on AI, and teach at Mulgrave. It was a pretty laid back interview where they asked about my hobbies and also scenario based questions on what I would do if a child was misbehaving, or conflict of interests arises.
With principal and vice principal. They are easygoing and friendly. Very passionate! Generally behavioural questions. 45 minutes. Reference check for 1, which is more straightforward. A lot of career opportunities, but the competition is not easy.
