1 email screen, 1 phone call, 2 onsite visits. The email screen and many other aspects of the process seemed to be focused, by the representatives report, on "cultural fit". As this is a very undefined term, it is difficult to say what they are looking for with this regard.
The first onsite interview was confirmed to take place with 3 job related workers, 2 of 3 of these did not show up for the confirmed appointment. I chose to continued the process despite this red flag regarding the managements inability to organize and execute confirmed meetings.
In the pre-onsite interviews I was informed the job range I was seeking, $120K plus, was within range of their budget, and was also told I was the last candidate they would interview before outsourcing their recruiting efforts. When I was told the offer would not be made available, it was because they were making the offer to another candidate. Again, it is difficult to say if this is an indication of the general job reviews available here about this management staff are accurate regarding the low ratings of management style, or if there was another candidate that was perhaps forgotten about during previous conversations.
