MILabs interview questions

I had 3 interviews for this position: HR interview on the phone, a technical interview, and a management interview. My application process took 3 months. At the end of the last interview, they asked my reference(including my current employer) in order to take confirmation of my qualifications. I had to ask for references from my former employers but they decided to reject my application even though they didn't call them. They said my English was not enough to fulfill the requirements of this position although I got no feedback about my English in all 3 interviews. I think it’s not a criteria that someone can understand after 3 interviews. Furthermore, they were not trustable on their timeline. In my last interview, I've waited for HR almost 30 minutes to start the interview. They also changed their hiring schedule several times throughout my application process although they've already given a deadline to me. I understand that they might have a busy schedule but I also care about my time. I find a lack of professionalism in the overall interviewing process of this company.
