Absolutely wild interview process. Several levels, including two rounds of sample project work. I felt as if they were asking for free labor from their interviewees. This wast he longest and most demanding interview process I have ever experienced. It included an initial online application (which requires a cover letter, resume, and writing sample), a virtual interview with multiple people (I believe it was about 30 minutes), and an in-person interview lasting multiple hours and practice work assignments. I that there's definitely some value in having such a thorough vetting process, but it was difficult to find time for all of the interview assignments and events while still working my other job.
