Applied online. First round with 2 associates, mostly behavioural questions and asking about the qualitative aspects of how I invest. Next was a 2nd round superday. Superday consisted of 5 30 minute meetings. Generally consisting of 2 analysts, sometimes a PM or a senior associate.

2 rounds, first round with some members of the team and then super day with the whole team. Great team and definitely a great culture at MFS. I had some insight into how MFS operates from my current role elsewhere but I was nothing but impressed!
