MBDA Graduate Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Online application followed by tests. Received an invitation to an assessment day. Given a presentation title and a week to send a copy of it. Actual day consisted of an introduction, group exercise, presentation and finished with an interview. There was also lunch provided and a chance to speak with graduates working there who also provide a tour. The group exercise required working through a problem and then giving a group presentation within the allocated time. The main difficulty is in speaking loud enough to be heard by the panel observing. Overall it was a good experience and good way to learn about the company.
