Fairly simple. I meant the recruiter at a job fair. They were eager to hire. I went later that day to meet him and the GM. They didn't really ask any specific interview questions.

1st step• 1-2 Phone interview (screening and general assessment) with a Bowlero corporate H.R. recruiter 2nd step• Zoom interview with the General Manager of the location you are applying for or need at. 3rd step• In-person interview, a facility & department tour, co-worker/manager introductions 4th step• Another in-person interview where official job offer is presented.

Very disorganized with poor communication. I was offered a position, and responded immediately, but was then told a few days later that they had given the position to someone else. Luckily I had not turned down any opportunities to take the position.
