Quick and to the point. jobs are posted online, do not have to do multiple interviews. quick response time on decision, Hr was hard to get a holed of and did not return calls
Took long time to receive phone call even after being offered the position. Not organized and could tell that the employees did not like the management. Would not waste time here.

Usually two person interview with Store Manager and HR. You will be asked 7-10 questions on how you would handle generalized situations. Answer the questions as if you are in the position and relate with answers that go along with core values of Lowe's Home Improvement.
