They need people bad got hired on the spot. Background check took ages. Vague description of benefits and not as formal as it probably should be. Onboarding is a day, and training is constant.

Interview
It started normal, she was really nice and sweet, definitely adding some sales charm. I wasn't looking for a lot of hours right away, and she knew this. I was in the middle of telling her that my availability was able to change, however she interrupted me, and told me I would not get the position. When I let her know that she interrupted me, she was unapologetic and felt she did nothing wrong.
