Lord Byron College interview questions

The interview process was super easy. If you're a native English teacher you'll be guaranteed a job, the bar is very low. They have a bunch of non-native speakers that are fluent but it's always better to have native speakers for the school's reputation.

The interview was good, we went over my resume and personality. He told me about the details of the job ( hours, salary, colleagues etc.). It lasted around 45 minutes. The interviewer was a native speaker of English, which I quite appreciated.
