Interview
Very easy video call over Teams, talked about my experience and software abilities, once they were satisfied with the initial interview then they called me for another interview in person + a tour of the facility, overall half an hour total for each interview plus a 45 minutes for the tour.

Asked about my resume, make sure to talk about any projects/work experience on it, they use SolidWorks for their modeling so make sure to know about the software.

Interview
Two interviews, one with upper management and the 2nd with Senior Project Managers. A recruiter contacted me from Aerotek to set up the interview. They met me at the location and introduced me to the HR Manager and then to Hank in upper management. Hank interviewed me 1 on 1 and then invited Cecil to interview me 1 on 1 as well. They were both very professional and easy going. The interview experience was an enjoyable one. We all had Indiana in common.
