It was campus recruitment for COEP, pune.
They took 3 online tests at same time. Apti, Technical and Personality.
Later they conducted interview. consist 3 person. 2 technical and 1 hr.
Most simple questions where asked. Basic question and basic answers.
3 people panel series of questions about future experience expectations from the employer and employees. Benefits 410k swing shift on call etc. I was not impressed with crazy shifts and dirty work environment. I am declining the position.
