I sent my availability for the recruiter through the calendly link- so I had a set time to speak with her. And I ended up getting ghosted by the recruiter. I followed up with three emails that were spaced out very evenly, making sure that I was respectful, but also following through because as someone who has been actively looking for jobs for over a year, I really value getting feeedback.
