Question 1
lots of scenario questions. What would you do if x,y,z.
Very straightforward. Met with HR, hiring manager, and another team’s manager for a more “culture” interview. Enjoyable and efficient experience. I do not have any complaints. Recruiting team was knowledgeable and kind.

Question 1
How do you prefer to manage cross-team dependencies?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Listrak in Apr 2019
Interview
After my application I received an immediate response from the recruiter via an online calendaring program. I scheduled my phone interview though the calendar program and received a confirmation.
On the day of the phone interview no one called. I figured maybe the recruiter was just running a bit late so I wired 10 min and then emailed her. 5 min later she replied that the interview wasn’t on her calendar but if I was still available she could talk now.
Maybe the program really didn’t put the meeting in her calendar, but if you’re using a program to schedule interviews you should make sure it works. How many people “missed” their interview because it wasn’t on the recruiter’s calendar?!
The time I did spent on the phone interview was pretty normal. I asked about the recent restructuring happening, as they did massive layoffs in the fall of ‘18 according to reviews. The restructuring was one of the reasons they were starting up the new team /department on the West Coast.
