I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lionbridge in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process was very efficient and done mostly over the phone and Skype. Although it was a strictly digital process, the recruitment team kept in touch and contacted me every few days and really took the time to know my interests and goals.

Question 1
How do you see yourself making an impact on the Lionbridge team?
I applied for the internship online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter said that my resume appeared like a good fit and she wanted to set up time to chat. The first round interview was a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. We spoke about my qualifications and what the available internship positions entailed. The recruiter also asked which specific internship positions I was interested in. About a week after the phone interview I was contacted and asked to come into the office for a second round interview to meet with the specific teams. I went into the office and met with the specific teams one after the other. We talked about my qualifications, what the job entailed, and why I was interested in working with Lionbridge. The interview questions were all pretty standard. The next day I was contacted by the recruiter and I received an offer.
