I met with the company's director of candid/sports photography, who talked about the job, which is basically designed so that candid/sports shooters rarely have to go into the office. (Assignments are e-mailed to photographers each day, they complete them and then upload the images afterward to the server.) The interviewer basically wants to get a feel for the candidate's skill lever and what kinds of assignments he/she has done before for previous employers. It was fairly low-key.
