This company seems very disorganized. After a month and a half, I had only talked to three people, and felt like I was still doing screening interviews. There was so much time between interviews, I would forget everything I had talked about previously. I had no idea what the interview process was supposed to be, they would just reach out every couple weeks to schedule me to speak with someone. The last person I spoke with had no clue what he was doing. He gave me a problem, and sent me a shared environment that wasn't set up to do the problem. So then it's a scramble to find a tool to use to complete the interview. It showed a severe lack of preparedness. And somehow it's my fault when half the interview time is wasted because of it, and I can't get through the whole problem. I'm also really not sure why they have a vision of creating a web presence. This product is an app. It makes sense as an app. It seems like they need to take a step back and think about what they're doing.
