The interview process was not difficult. I had about 2 interviews, one over the phone, and one in person. They were all very friendly and helpful. They really want you to know the mission statement.
This interview was very typical when it comes to working a job with kids. A lot about your experience with children and their ages as well as how you would troubleshoot certain scenarios.
