All calls are recorded and regularly monitored by our in house quality assurance team and our authorising firm, we are absolutely committed to maintaining our 100% compliance record.
Through offering a completely free advisory service, we not only put in place protection which prevents families from being left financially distressed when the main bread winner of the house dies, but also conduct reviews on existing policies to identify when customers have been miss-sold or badly advised protecting them from huge financial loss, these customers found our service extremely beneficial. All employees have their own personal target which is agreed upon by themselves and LifeSecure. We arrive at this personal target by not only taking into account their employment experience but also by assessing their ability in their interview trial. This allows us to ensure that personal targets are always realistic and achievable. On the occasion that an employee does not manage to hit their basic target throughout the month, we request that they come in on the last two Saturdays of the month for just a half day on their regular hourly rate to catch up. We also offer employees who are on target for the month the choice to do optional overtime on an increased pay rate. This has proven to be the most fair and flexible way to help maintain individual success rate and benefit everybody.
As explained above, the trial is a way of assessing candidate ability but it is also the most effective way of gauging the suitability of the role for both parties. Data is very expensive; respectfully, we would not see granting access to untrained candidates as an advantageous way of generating high quality leads for our protection specialists – hence the trial is intended purely for assessment purposes. Before the trial commences, basic product knowledge and guidance is provided. The objective of the trial involves appointment booking only; therefor the customer will only enter into conversation regarding a quote or review with a qualified specialist. The entire trial is held under supervision and as with all of our calls – it is recorded and monitored for compliance.
Typically, a junior lead generation role in a telesales office will logically have a higher turnover than a senior telesales position. This is due to the fact that employees are regularly promoted into more senior positions in other teams and departments. On average our sales advisers have been with the company 2-3 years, with some of team approaching a decade with the firm.
