I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
It's a pretty straightforward process. I applied for a software engineer position on their website and got a call from a recruiter a few days later. Afterwards I was brought in for an in person interview lasting about 4-5 hours. I met with some team members, a couple engineers and the hiring manager. Most questions were regarding past experience as well as how you dealt with various situations. The technical part of the interview is fairly easy. I was essentially given a laptop with a small project to do using whatever tech I wanted. If you know your stuff then you should do fairly well.

Question 1
I was given a very small project to complete using whatever language/framework I desired.
I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX)
Interview
Had a round of technical interview with the project team. Second round was coding and system design interview. Was asked to use CodeSignal for coding interview and a notepad for system design interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Sept 2022
Interview
First round of phone interview with HR to discuss salary and job requirements. After 2 weeks scheduled video interview with Hiring manager to discuss team expectations after which he said there will be coding test with team members. No communications from HR after this. After I followed up with HR they sent me an interview invite for coding after 3 weeks. After the coding test with team (2.5hrs) NO response(pass/fail) from HR or hiring team regarding interview. Don't waste your time as I did. If the company doesn't care to inform on your interview performance(after spending 4-5hrs total) it's probably not a good place to work either.
The process contained one technical coding and definition questions , one behavioral interviews where I was asked STAR models and last interview was with a project manager where they asked me some semi technical questions.
