Two extensive and very engaging interviews with the promise of a follow up for a third or decision. However, the team did not follow up for weeks beyond its promised timeline and when politely pressed they admitting to consciously ignoring me. It felt deeply humiliating and I risked losing a live alternative. Neither of the responsible parties apologized or seemed to care. I was deeply offended but took it as an indicator of the culture and remain very thankful that I did not make that leap.
