This is my second time working for Lennar. I was laid off in '09 but I'm stoked to be back. Anyways, I had to go through all the regular interviews, in fact, it was a total of 5 interviews before I received an offer letter to come back to work. I actually appreciate the work they put into finding high quality "associates" because the team you end up with is first class!
