This is my second time applying and I was outright rejected. The first time, I had two in person interviews, and was rejected because I did not have enough experience. I now have over 2 years of experience. After the recruiter shared my information with the hiring team, she said that they were not interested in revisiting the position with me. When I called her back after she left this message, she did not answer, and I kindly asked her to call me back. I also sent her an email asking for feedback. No response here either. It has been 2 weeks and I am being ignored as a candidate and being treated like a nothing. I don't recommend interviewing with the Tampa HR team, as they are highly unprofessional people, and really need to treat candidates with more respect and courtesy.

Interview
I applied and maybe a week or less later they called to set up an interview. 1st they stated that it would be in person then I received a call back stating that it would be through the phone. After the phone interview there was a video interview and then they never reached back out or let me as a candidate know that they moved forward with other candidates. How sweet of them.
