I submitted my resume to the company after speaking to one of their recruiters on the phone. We then scheduled an hour long in-person meeting for later that week.

Question 1
Because I was looking for contract assignments, the interview was based on the specifics of my qualifications and what kind of work I was looking to do. It was not a formal "tell me your strengths and weaknesses" kind of typical boring interview, but a much more personal interview. Questions were very specific to my qualifications and my needs.

Interview
It was a standard Zoom interview for contractor positions in the legal industry. The interviewer was on time and prepared. His questions were relevant and allowed me to speak about my skills and abilities.
