Easy and quick. Only met 2 people. HR and the hiring manager. Process only took a few weeks. Each interview was over the phone and there was no video involved, which is unusual.

Two rounds: preliminary screening and an on-site interview. For the on-site interview, you will get to talk to legal assistant and other attorneys. They are friendly and genuinely interested in you as a candidate.
