On-campus interviews in 2007. Short-listed 27 people out of which only 9 were selected. 2 rounds of interview - One technical and one HR panel. Smooth process of selecting your division of work after a 1 month orientation program after selection.

Question 1
Highly technical question in the interview made it difficult to answer quickly. Hence, brush up the technical skills.
You will receive a call or email
Followed by Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Rounds
you will be ask all technical details from your previous experiences
Followed by HR round.
Salary Expectations and Negotiations
Should have depth execution knowledge. And focus on activities done be you independently rather than team or whole project members. Try to include your accomplishments and tasks done independently for better selection.
The interview process was averagely organized. The interview was held in their mumbai hq. There was no option for attending online. It was very crowded and was a walk in interview.
