Recruiter was fantastic but I interviewed with the CTO who was 20 minutes for a 30 minute call.
It really feels like a waste of time when the CTO doesn’t even seem to put an effort to be punctual.
Definitely not worth your time interviewing here.
Remember you are also interviewing the company.
Pair programming question and system design question. The pair programming is very applicable to the job and tests your hands on experience, not a leet code exercise. The system design is testing your ability to design an extensible system.

Interview
Initial exploratory interview followed by a "pair programming" session. I got absolutely no response afterwards (this was over two months ago). Yeah, maybe I bombed, but at least do me the kindness of telling me.
