Was medium , the interviewer was friendly. Dived deep into the concepts and was open to discussion. There were 3 rounds, first and second one were 80% machine coding along with 20% discussion on concepts, third one was with the founder consisting of getting a broader knowledge of their product

A very seamless interview process was about knowing more about me. Got in through a referral and connected with the CEO directly. Quite humble and interested in what I have to offer.

I had two technical rounds questions that were mostly from js.
Ther Interview was normal and good.
Then you will have a final round with the Head more or less discussion and goals round.
I was discussed for a salary of 10LPA but when they drafted the Offer letter it became 7LPA
1L retention bonus after again talking to HR she becomes so smart of herself she added the extra 1L retention bouns into my CTC as Yearly recurring bonus which I will receive yearly now in words my CTC became of 8 LPA which was totally same as previous (no changes ).
Wasted too much time. Doesn't Recommend

Hi Candidate,
This is to inform you that 10 LPA is the highest band that we wish to offer to a candidate with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. If you refer to our communication, we never promised you a salary of 10 LPA at any point in the process due to your limited experience in the field (1 year).
As far as a retention bonus is concerned, we think that it is a good practice to ensure that you are also invested in the product.
