No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

Applied through email, went in for an in-person interview the next week. The franchise owner asked me to grade some papers according to their method. Wore jeans, leather shoes, and a tucked in Oxford and got the job.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
