Interview
It was chill. You talked to the manager and she asks you the basic questions you can find online. It basically didn't feel like an interview because there was not a lot of pressure or uncomfortable feeling when you are in the interview.

Interview
I dressed for the job I wanted, meaning I showed up in clothing I would bike in. Couriering is physical and dirty labour. I had shorts and athletic clothes on. Shawn, the owner, was obviously unimpressed and implied that I should have worn a tie or dressed up business casual, which seems utterly ridiculous to me.
They were, and still are, desperate for cyclists so I got offered the job but was already off on the wrong foot.
