      Hayes, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Hayes, England) in May 2016

      Interview

2 round of interviews. First over the phone as I was out of the country. Was straight forward and I was asked to exemplify a lot. Was asked to do a couple of online tests -quant and verbal. Second round was at the office in Hayes, with two employees. Went OK, was asked to exemplify again my work and what i would do/did in various situations. All on STAR model

      Consumer Insights Manager Interview

      9 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018

      Interview

First round phone interview with HR, second round phone interview with director of the team. Third round was 5 one-on-one interviews on-site. This probably isn't the first time you've read this and it won't be the last: Kraft-Heinz HR seems like a mess. After the employee in Talent Acquisition told me he was moving me to the second round and asked for my availability, I received a call from the director on the team with NO notice - I was sitting at my desk at my current job and had to get up and run out to take it. I thought the one-on-one interviews went pretty well; they weren't super tricky or difficult - just speaking with various members of the team about your experience and how you respond in certain situations. I left my last one-on-one feeling like I might have been a bit out of my depth with the specific role for which I was interviewing. The director and I spoke about other roles I could be considered for as well, and she said I was a "perfect culture fit" so she thought I could be "very successful there." Sent my thank-you's, followed up with HR three times... and was ghosted. Once again, seems like a mess. I don't know why a company would waste so much time just to let a candidate go that way, especially since there were a couple high-level VPs/directors who interviewed me; if not mine, isn't their time valuable? I guess they can get away with it because they pay so well!
