I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milpitas, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Submitted resume through school career fair. Started with an "on-demand" video interview you could film on your own time. Invited to on site in Milpitas a few days later, where there were 2 very casual resume based interviews. No technical questions and not as rigorous as other PM interviews with other companies. Recruiter was organized and helpful.
The interview was very straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful. Ask questions about my background and relevant experience. He gave me plenty of time to ask questions about the role and company, and was very positive

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Portland, OR) in Apr 2023
Interview
I went through seven rounds of interviews, each with a different person, and each time, no one seemed to really know what the job description was or what role I was being hired for. I interviewed with one person twice. Most people were kind they just didn't seem to be on the same page.
