My interview experience was pretty standard. Interviewer at the time was nice enough and professional. It was done on site and lasted around 30 minutes. I was asked questions about my experience with art, working with kids, motivations to have the role and some problem solving questions about what I’d do in a particular situation

How would you handle a camper who refuses to engage in the activities and actively disrupts the rest of the class?

The interviewers were very nice. The interview is very relaxed and the question are nothing out of the ordinary and exactly what you expect.Over all great place to work at very chill, easy going, caring people.
