Started off with an HR interview. If that goes well then you will get an interview with a construction manager out in the field. Then if you get through those two you will be moved onto an interview day where you will meet with different people in the company and have a few interviews with Kiewit construction managers.

Interview
4 rounds. No technical questions, just behavioral and career/school/internship based. Quick interviews 30 mins to 1 hour depending on level. Each over zoom calls with panel interview as the last stage.
Consistent of 3 rounds of interviews and are very standard. You walk them through your resume and why you believe you are a good fit for them. The first interview is a phone screening. Second is a one on one interview. Lastly, you have a panel interview style and presentation about the company.
