Interview
I had an on-campus interview with Kiewit at CU-Boulder after meeting with them at the career fair. The interview was slightly more laid back than others I have had, which was very nice and relieving. The questions were all very reasonable and almost all situational and behavioral questions. There were two interviewers, and both seemed very interested in me, giving me great confidence.

Interview
It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

What are you looking to get out of this internship?
The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

Interview
One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
