Contacted by headhunter for the position. Initial phone int with IT Director. 5 mins on the position, 25 mins general chat. Face to face, tour of the facility with an engineer, handshake with HR manager. Did not meet with operations manager, nor were there any technical questions asked. I had to initiate any questions regarding the position, or what was expected of the position. The on boarding process was a train wreck.
