Quick and easy. Went in to the local office and spoke with the Broker (I already worked with this individual before and she was recruiting me to work there) and came to learn more about this company and its culture. Decided it was a good fit and took the job and the rest is history. Been there a few years and I am doing well!

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
